Bangladesh and Indian military forces has started the joint military exercises at Zalalabad Cantonment in the country’s Sylhet division.

Bangladeshi Inter Services Public Raelations (ISPR) has informed the media that of Bangladesh Army has started fourteen day long joint military exercise named “Exercise Unity-2”. 


Both Indian army and their host Bangladeshi army are taking part in the "Exercise Unity-2” which will continue till Oct. 22. 

Earlier, a small contingent of the Indian Army under the leadership of the Major SY Mahadik reached Bangladesh to participate in the Exercise Unity-2. Indian contingent consists of 25 members.
